Alcanena

Antigo palácio, com semelhanças lisboetas ao estilo pombalino localizado na vila de Alcanena, perto da cidade de Tomar. A ideia era reabilitar o edifício em três fases distintas, por ordem de conclusão:

1º- Apartamento – Estúdio de Contabilidade, e logradouro com fonte;

2º- Loja;

3º- Dois apartamentos no primeiro andar com possibilidade de serem apenas um.

Cada um dos espaços com particularidades únicas, o primeiro a ser construído pelo Apartamento - Contador, era um antigo escritório de contabilidade, que foi convertido num apartamento T2, com sala aberta para a cozinha com linhas industriais, contrastando com o piso em parquet antigo. 

No topo do espaço encontra-se a casa de banho, que tem acabamentos em microcimento, conferindo ao estúdio um sentido de loft antigo.

Old palace, with Lisbon Pombaline style similarities located in the village of Alcanena, close to the city of Tomar. The idea was to rehabilitate the building in three different phases, in order of completion:

1st- Apartment – ​​Accountant Studio, and patio with fountain;

2nd- Store;

|3rd- Two apartments on the first floor with the possibility of being just one.

Each of the spaces with unique particularities, the first to be built by the Apartment - Accountant, was a former accounting office, which has been converted into a 2 bedroom apartment, with an open living room for the kitchen with industrial lines, contrasting with the old parquet flooring. 

At the top of the space is the bathroom, which has its finishing’s in microciment, offering an old loft sense to the studio.
